Q: How will our relationship work?
A: We realize that we must earn your continued patronage on each and single visit, so we do not require contracts. Instead, we fully depend on open communications and your evaluation of our service. If you are pleased with our work, tell your family and friends. Also, contact us if that is something we can do in order to serve you better.
Q: What will Out of Time Natural Cleaning do in my home?
A: When we come for our free in-home estimate the client file is created allowing us to understand your individual expectations. Visit our SERVICES section to see a detailed list of things that we include in our basic cleaning. We will try our best to provide you with all your cleaning needs.
All of our cleaning professionals are specially trained and examined to clean your home to adhere to our rigorous standards of excellence. The success key for Out of Time Services is supervision. We created a great method to treat your home with the best of care.
Q: Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?
A: Do not clean! However, we ask you to pick up clothing, toys and other household items.
Q: How many people will be in my home?
A: Out of Time Cleaning believes in individual responsibility. Depending on the size of the project, two to four cleaners are needed. In the case of big projects like Spring cleanings, move in or out, or after party, we usually larger crews since those jobs are big, time-consuming, and often pretty overwhelming.
Q: Do I have to be home when the cleaning lady comes?
A: Most of our clients are not, but of course this is your option. For security, only the managing professional who cleans your home will have access to the keys. We also often use the garage codes to get in. If you choose not to provide a key and we are unable to access your home for a scheduled cleaning, you may incur a lock-out charge of $45.00.
Q: How do I pay?
A: Final payments can be made by same payment method of deposit or any of the other options available. If paying via cash, a property owner must be present for us to receive payment or secure funds in a designated location.
Q: What if my cleaning falls on Holiday?
A: If your scheduled cleaning falls on the observance of a major holiday, we will call you to reschedule your service.
Q: What if I need to change my scheduled cleaning?
A: Please call us 48 hours in advance.
