Pricing depends on square footage, the level of cleaning required, and the frequency at which you sign up for our services. Residential services includes homes, apartments, town homes, rentals, condos, & vacation property.
We offer maintenance cleanings on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. for our clients, who prefer a consistent maintenance of their home.

Deep Cleaning & One Time Cleaning
In order to begin a maintenance cleaning routine, we offer to first provide our clients with a deep cleaning to get their home on a maintenance level. Some of our clients also choose to have an annual deep cleaning in addition to their routine maintenance cleanings. We also have clients who prefer to have deep cleanings semi-annually (every 6 months) or quarterly (every 3 months). Which ever frequency suits your specific needs, an occasional Deep Cleaning along with routine Maintenance Cleanings will keep your home in the best condition possible. However, a deep cleaning in suggested for optimal maintenance.

Terms of Payment

All deposits must be paid 48 hours before scheduled appointment. (Non-Refundable if cancelled within 24 hours)

Payment is due on the day of services provided before job is completed.

Payment can be made via PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, MasterCard, Visa or Cash. ***Checks are NOT accepted***

Credit/Debit card chargebacks are billed $55.00 for administrative costs.

Late payments are not accepted.

Clients canceling less than 24 hours before a booking are billed for the full deposit amount.

Bookings during holiday months require two weeks’ notice of cancellation due to the busy season.
Cancellation Policy
***Note that we require one business day notice of cancellation for a standard booking. Notice is given on the weekend, evenings, or statutory holidays is a considered notice on the next office day.***
